Caught a keeper yesterday. Have been consistently catching tons of shakers (still way fun 😎) but the keepers have been fewer. This 27” is a welcomed change. The water there is warm, which has brought in the jellyfish swarm. They are so thick that you can’t troll. The only alternative is to drift. There is also many patches of floating eel grass that complicates the fishing. All fish were caught on frozen anchovies and herring, about a 50% split.
Tight lines!!!
