Halibut Musubi

No pics yet, just brainstorming a panko breaded seasoned halibut patty wrapped musubi style with Tonkatsu sauce.  Idea inspired by making a mess o' spam kine for my daughter by request of this food item for her high school grad party.

Sounds delicious.  I always sprinkle a heavy dose of Furikake in my Musubi.

Halibut Tonkatsu Musubi sound like winnahz to me
Or just utilize the same sweet soy sauce to warm the spam and or that popular Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce and cook thin pieces of halibut, salmon or rockfish and wrap em up brah🤙🏼!  That’s what I’m gonna do with our next catch.

I got a recipe from ChuckE for deep fried halibut sticks- panko, tempura, cold beer, paprika... delicioso

you guys are killing me with this thread. Musubi is one of the most irresistible things I've ever eaten spam-wise.

I have like 50 ways to use the next flatty I get now  .
