Tacky JB weld

I’ve applied JB weld to my Revo at 9pm on Friday. Was done by 11pm. Checked it around 9am on Sunday (which is 24+10 hours later) and it’s hard but still tacky. I could make a scratch mark with my nail. It’s not pliable; just tacky. Temp in the garage is about 65 on average. Is this normal?

The thickness of the coat is 1-3mm (more where it’s likely to scratch, less on the sides). Normally I would just wait until it’s rock solid, but I really want to go out tomorrow morning.

So .. it took 2 days for it to mostly cure. I dragged the kayak over rocks and the JB Weld held up except for one spot where it was thin (1mm) and a 2x2 inch piece came off. Will patch it. I hear it’s common
