That is the last property I would ever consider in the cove.  Run away.

What a sacred spot.  I first went there over 30 years ago with my dad - he was surfing, and I was hanging out on the beach.  That day a small dory with three guys in it capsized in the fog near Deadman's.  The surfers got them in to shore, and they were totally hypothermic and needed assistance.  In later years I took an old high school buddy ab diving at Deadman's - not known for abs, it did have some.  We left them alone.  Now that entire area is a great all around fishery in the summer, and I've had guests catch as many or more nice fish right in there than I have.

It will be cool if a surfing interested person purchases it and officially preserves that access and conscientious use.

The BLM would be the best landowner.  It should be public land anyway.  So long as it’s private it will always be a fight I think.  Because everyone treats it like it public land already.

Ooh - is that a cobblestone right hand point? Never had a board with me when I've been in the area.
