Fly Tying

Congratulations on the the delayed degree.
I did similar and took the dreaded 'year' off of college in 1980, that turned into 25 or so. After hanging up previous career (surfboard building) I graduated with a B.S.  from CSUMB in 2011 and have been working in roughly the same field as I planned on  way back then. Fisheries / Geomorphology.
Awesome flies, love the little squids, I'll have to try a few like that. I have the same fly tying, fly fishing addiction and often fish the fly rod in the salt when I would be better served with the conventional rod.
Still haven't got a legal ling on the fly rod though, just a lot of rockfish.

Congrats on the degree.  Those are awesome flies.  There's a real satisfaction of catching fish on your own flies.
