NRS Great Service

One of my two years old NRS 3mm Farmer John developed a hole around the knee reinforcement.  When I contact NRS with some photos, they replied promptly and recommend that I visit their "Hassle Free Returns" https://www.nrs.com/customer-service/returns page.  The site provided a free return label.  After I returned the wetsuit for an evaluation, they repaired the wetsuit within a week and returned it to me.  What a great service.   I enjoyed using NRS products and am sure to continue using them.

I ripped open the crotch on mine when I caught it on a cleat on a surf landing dismount . My dental floss sewing job is staring to fail. I wonder if they will fix that for me?

You can take photos and ask them.  If they don't repair it for free, they might do it for a reasonable price.

I am pretty sure they charge for repairs. I called them within 6 months of purchasing and told me to send it in. When they got it they told me there was around $50 charge but was able to get this waived because they didn’t tell me that initially.Now got another small hole in the crotch may need to send it in again or just switch to a semi dry suit
