Hi guys. I am selling my extra hobie trax 2 beach cart. It has only been used maybe a dozen times. In great condition but I don’t use it anymore and tired of it taking up space. New they are around $250 but since it’s  used I’ll let it go for $100. I live in the Sacramento area.

I'm interested, but, first, a question for the group... what's the going consensus on the risk of scupper hole damage when towing around a fully loaded outback down the beach using this cart?  I have a 2021 outback and it does have what seems to be reinforced supper holes, probably to help with this issue.  Well, does it?

Full send! The reinforced scoopers work a treat. This is a great cart, and I haul my full loaded compass duo all over tue place with it.

Rocked the same cart for my AI, and was able to fully load it with all ama's, aka's, kayaking and fishing gear and pull it long distances.  I do prefer the larger tires, but they just make it easier to haul across sand, no diff on pavement.

Newer model hobies with the reinforced scupper holes have had no problems over long hauls for me. Stairs, rocks, etc.

Thanks all!  I appreciate the info.  From the looks of it, this is the 24 cm wheel variety.  The 30 cm one looks like it would be best for a heavy load, so Ill hold out for the beefier one.  Good luck to the OP on the sale.  This is a great deal.   :smt006
