Gonna launch from the harbor at 7:00 or so, probably will fish by the mile buoy and over to the West Cliff kelp. Off the water around 11:00. If I get someone to join me, Mitchell's cove is an option as well. Let me know if you'd like to join me, or if you have a better local plan.
