I hit the lake at 0600 hours. I made it to crappie cove for the only boil I saw all morning and landed a small striper.

Next I headed to the dam for some smallie action. I ended up with 4 smallies and one largemouth. It was HOT today! Now I'm off to pour wine at a local event. I hope I don't dring too much!  :smt003

CHEERS!

Another great report, Vacay-Man!  Way to go.  Don't have too much fun pouring wine - do you just hand them your business card after the fourth glass or so?!   :smt001

Let me know if you're still on vacation for Labor Day weekend and want something to do.  I'll be doing a Roleez trip to Fish Bay or Punta Gorda I think - depends somewhat on the weather (winds and swells), but I'm pretty determined to go in any case; using the tide for rockfishing and grab and ab at least.

You're killing me! :smt005

I will be still on vacation for Laborday, but I will be in SoCal visiting my son. I haven't seen him in over a year. He's got a job developing websites for some company. It's all ones and zeros to me.

I go back to work on the 16th of September, so keep me in mind for another day.

CHEERS!
