Looking to get a slip for my boat, and need a reasonably local place to store my trailer. 25 feet all in. I only need access to it a few times a year, and always with loads of notice.
Willing to pay a little bit each month or for a full year upfront.

You got some land with storage? Here's a way to help aguy out, and make a bit of cash

How local is reasonably local? I have an old winery building in Newcastle  (I80 between Roseville and Auburn) that could house a 25ft trailer.

Bucks is 175/month now...I"ll have to pay for the slip at Loch Lomond and the trailer at bucks..that double paying is unworkable.

I reminded of a scrappy boat yard up in Marshall, not sure the rates but a good NCKA handshake deal would beat anything...

That's what I'm hoping for, a good handshake.  Maybe a I'll mothership you and a buddy, or provide boat support a few days a year kinda thing

ive used https://www.neighbor.com/ for short term storage but lots of people putting up RV pads, or even whole lots up for extended monthly use.  Id see if anyone in your area has an RV pad up there.

If there happened to be a vacant lot next door for sale you could buy it merge the properties, and put in a nice garage:smt044

that's my dream!
inlaw downstairs, 2 car + workshop up top....of course that would mean probably 3 years of permitting, at least a dozen town council discussions and probably a latex gloved physical.
I'm extrapolating that timeline from our experience trying to put in an external flight of stairs

 :smt044  :smt044  :smt044

(all that is in good fun, Mark...)

I can't imagine pulling my trailer up our hill though...or somehow turning it around.
