I bought it around 2010, I think.  I believe there is a gremlin in the depth finder, I don't know if it's fixable.  Has rod holder, big fins and down rigger.  Comes with sand dolly.

It has actual handles on the side, instead of molded handles which stopped in 2011 model I think.  Yours looks like its 2012+...good deal.
