I have THRASHED my full carbon Accent, especially in the river, and it has been surprisingly durable.  I also love that it can be any length between 230 and 240.  When I paddle a Marauder I squeeze it down to 230, on my X I strech it out to 240...sweet!

Bending Branches is the paddle I paddled.   Carbon, of course and 240cm. and I only 5'4" and a half. OR 5' 5" on a good day w/ a good hair cut :smt044 or with a lot of gel.
