Barbless No Escape Hooks for Salmon?

Has anyone used them? Do they seem less likely to get spit or shaken off? They claim the V-shape helps keep fish on.

Never used them. But I started using the Gamakatsu Big River Bend and it did seem to make a difference. They have a somewhat V shape. I would definitely recommend them
