I’m not sure about all day access but I know HMB Kayak Co. allows you to store your kayak there all year for a couple hundred bucks. I know a few members on here who do this and was thinking of doing it myself.

Would it be a covered storage?

I store my boat at HMB Kayak Co.  It's $100/quarter.  They're stored on metal racks with canvas sun covers.  You'll need an 8' cable lock.  Most folks run the cable through the scupper and then around the bar on the rack.  You have 24x7 access to it.  If they're open when you're there, you get a bit of concierge service.  I know you have landing gear, but they also have carts that you can use when they're open.  They'll wash and stow the boat for you.  There are hoses for you to use while there to rinse all of your gear.  All in all, it's a pretty good deal.  The people that work there are super kind and helpful and just a treat to deal with.  The owners are both standup dudes that are really interested in good customer service and being stewards of the environment.

Downsides:  due to their limited space, you can't store anything but the boat there.  A few folks who store their boats upright do leave their chair and some gear atop their kayak and that's fine.  But, if it doesn't fit in the space the kayak occupies, it has to go home with you.
