How can SC have such mild conditions forecast for tomorrow, but its gonna be a small craft blowout just 17 miles north at the Bean?

doesn't make any sense, but it sure makes the decision easy.

thats simple, the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce and the City pay all weather reports so say FAC, come spend your money here.  Seems Bean has been outbid! :smt002

Martin, wind from the north. likewise windswell from the north.

sc faces south.

should not take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.

note that the bean is sometimes calm winds because wind goes in hard at the gate, and in hard to monterey bay.

between the two, at the bean, there can be little wind.

this is how it was last weekend.
