Seasons Greetings

 With 2020 finally winding down, it's time to look back at the positive things that occurred for me.  Mainly my family staying healthy and financially stable.  Also the incredible off-shore fishing I was fortunately able to have.  And not letting the negative things hold me back from enjoying life.

Humor makes all things bearable, with that said, I'd like to pass on this poem sent to me by Gary and Joan H. that one of their friends wrote.

It’s the Holiday Seasons and all through the land
A plague is upon us, upsetting our plans.
No travels? No parties? No, none are allowed!
We have to stay home and avoid all the crowds.
And if all these precautions are making you grouchy,
Well, buckle up, kids, and listen to Fauci!
Yes, the year 2020 is certainly hideous.
In fact, one might say that it’s downright Covideous!
So this year, while waiting for life to resume,
At least we can talk to our loved ones on Zoom.

We hope that the new year is good to you all,
Stay healthy, stay safe, and stay outa the mall! 
Our hearts are with all of you who have suffered this year.

Merry Christmas!  We have an unexpected guest.   

     I tried to barehand what I thought was a dead Cabezon a couple weeks ago that washed up on a rock while poke poling with The Wife.  It was very much alive and I’ve been bummed about it because that 17” cabby shook me off quick and bopped out to sea.
     My lovely wife made a Cabezon plush for Christmas and I had to share it. I am a very lucky man.
