the $80 lami classic glass is a bay area fave

Where do find the classic for Salmon at $80?
I'm seeing them at 109$

Yeah, me too. $80 might look more like a "I oughta try that"  :smt001

Why does everyone love the ugly stik tiger so much? I always see folks using them. Is it just an affordable and generally reliable rod? Or is there a more specific reason why it's good?

The "Stick" is bones basic no frills, but it gets the job done. I have never broken one to date, and I have some that are pushing 20 years old.  Are there better rods out there sure, but the stick gets used by kayakers a lot.  If it goes over, your not going to cry. Go on any charter boat and you are bound to see a few tucked away somewhere.
