Backing Live Dungeness for Steaming

Cool video, Nolan, but it's basically the same thing I've shown.  I love it when he's like, "hold on, I'm gonna line a trash can too!"   

Less mess is good, and my way catches much of the juices in the carapace, since it's upright like a bowl the way I do it.  His way looks more like milking a cow - juicy.  Either way will get you there - he was picking at the gills and breaking off pieces of the mouth just like doing it the other way.  Anyway, my rant is over.
