For the love of my life, and the satisifaction of this constant mental torment, I would have drove to the end of the earth and willing to cross to the beginning of time just to make one more attempt.  This 2 years itch has finally been satisified.

Congratulations, Herb!  Funny, I was just talking to someone about sheepshead being on my wanna-catch list.  Now I know how!  Thanks for sharing!

  I find you want to use the lightest yak possible.  That way you just glide over the kelp much easier.
  Bits are fairly fast.  The sheephead hits a lot harder.
