Word of BUTT's in the area from the fish reports
Tide in the a.m. is a BIG incoming= not optimal for butts, however the drop from that will be a SLOOWWW one= preferred by butts.
Planning to launch around 10-11:oo

The wind is forcasted to blow this weekend, but that is why this place is called what it's called.
The point protects it from the wind in most cases, except SOUTH winds.
Tables, grass, restrooms and drink machine are available.

#1-view from the road looking down to the calm waters
#2-easy launch, need wheels ,uphill back to car
#3- right around this point to the right is Angel Is./ Cal-city
#4- pilings too

8$ to park and LIVE SHINNERS can be bought from Loch Lomond Bait in San Rafael

Hey Adam,   :smt006

I'm free this Saturday and am torn between ARW and Paradise.  I caught a legal Halibut last Saturday with Duane and crew at ARW and released several shakers.  The tide is bad for catching bait Friday night so I may just buy anchovies at Berkeley Sat. AM.  I'll let you know tomorrow.  I'm still leaning towards ARW because the hotspot for Paradise is hard to reach with a kayak compared to ARW.  Don't get me wrong, I think the Hali's at Paradise are larger than ARW but you have to work harder to catch them.

You know it's that time of year when the Summer spawn for Salmon should be starting and the big boys show up at Paradise so there is always a long shot for the spawner's.

Adam,

Fished all by my lonesome at Paradise.  I couldn't decide between ARW and Paradise but thought I should try Paradise and scope it out.  Drifted everywhere today and went past the charter boats once or twice.  I caught one in 22 ft of water where there was some bait.  Good luck tomorrow.

Luis
