hey folks, how do you guys store your tackle/rigs when on the salt?

I'm currently using a cheapie tackle binder (w/ ziploc-like plastic sleeves), but noticed some areas are rusting and water seems to easily get inside. I do like the size as it's just big enough for me to store dodgers/flashers as well.

Patented Rust Protection Technology
Zerust products protect against rust by releasing an invisible, non-toxic, non-reactive, and odorless corrosion-inhibiting vapor. This vapor protects metal components, preventing corrosion, for up to five years. Protect a range of metal items including those created from aluminum, brass, copper, iron, nickel, steel, and silver.

no idea if it really works or how good it is tho...

I have a couple of the tackle boxes but only got them recently. They seem quite bombdiggity for my usage but my experience is limited.

I like to use plastic pencil boxes, maybe 8" x 5" x 2"  - good time of year to get them at Staples, etc.- back to school supplies (well, maybe not this year), use a rubber band to keep them closed, put rigs in plastic baggies and put them in the boxes, one is dedicated to weights and extra slidos and snap shackles, one for rockfish stuff, one for hali or salmon stuff.  Three of them fit nicely in my Flambeau "ammo" box, with room for a sandwich or extra gear in a larger plastic bag.   When I get back from a trip, I rinse anything that was used, and inspect all the unused baggies to make sure they are dry inside and air everything out before repacking, often in fresh baggies.
