Hi Everyone.

I'm Matthew. I live in the SF Bay Area and just got into kayaking via crabbing. Only a few weeks ago I watched a few YouTube videos of people crabbing off piers with fishing rods and snares. After two weekends of crabbing from piers, I wanted more interaction with the water, more exercise, and more crabs! So I bought some crab traps and dropped them from my paddle board one weekend. The next weekend I was the owner of an old OK Trident.

I'm excited to learn more about ocean kayaking and sharpen my skills.

Glad to be here!
