Recreation falls under “Essential Activities”, which then goes in 16a.iii.1-4.

I have the latest full summary always loaded on my phone.

So what’s stopping you from kayaking again?

I agree with SimplyCook.  Solo kayaking, and travel outside the county to do it, is allowed under the updated 4/29 order.  Nothing prohibits solo sports that don't need close proximity to others.  The health officer's video posted today even says tennis is allowed, which I would have thought would be prohibited because of handling a common ball.  Stay more than 6 feet away from other kayakers and go for it.

I think you mean travel within the county.
I don’t think other counties would like people crossing back and forth.

I agree with what Marin and Sonoma counties are doing.  It sucks for the residents of those counties, but there’s too many people who travel there (from other counties) to visit the parks, beaches, and small towns.

I can imagine Muir Woods, Point Reyes, Bolinas, Stinson, Jenner, Salt Point, etc being packed with tourists if the restrictions weren’t any tighter.
