Check Next Adventure in Portland, Oregon.  They're doing some deep, deep discounts right now.

I'd wait it all out. Pac outfitters will have a great warehouse sale when this is all over I'm sure. I picked up my 18 outback last year from them for a very good deal. Couldn't be happier
