Paradise Cay launch ramp blocked!!! 8/16

The old boat ramp in the junk yard at Paradise Cay at the Tiburon YC marina has been made nearly unusable. Anyone have any info. on this?  I launched here yesterday and it was a hassle.  A new dock has been built parallel to shore running nearly the length of the shore and about 4-6' from shore at low tide.  A very low (2' clearance at best?) walkway that has a locked gate accesses the new dock and blocks access to open water.  This ramp was free and provided very quick and easy access to open water and good fishing.  Now you may have to launch down the sloped embankment of rip-rap or go to the point at the marina entance and launch from the flat, sloping interlocking concrete blocks.

I've done both the rip-rap and concrete block launch... neither are ideal but both are do-able. 

I've also launched at the very base of the rip rap on the outside, where it joins a little beach to the north.  That's a half-decent place to launch.

Last time I launched there, the gate for one of the dock's wasn't functioning and was left open, and it allowed me to roll right down and launch from the docks in the marina.

I've launched from the unlocked docks as well.  That should be your first check.  I also launched from the docks behind those new houses when they were being built, but of course now someone who just spent $2mil + on that house isn't going to let that happen!
