Hobo’s need to ski to brah.  I seen a clothesline on the side of 680 near berryessa with a wetsuit hanging from it....that dude probably wouldn’t mind having a jetski  to add to his stable of stripped bicycle frames, broken kids toys and decaying patio furniture.
