Hey everyone,
I just bought a kayak and I'm rigging it for fishing. I'd like to go rockfishing on Sat. 7/9 with someone who knows what they're doing. I live in Sacramento so somewhere not to far from Sac, maybe halfmoon or where ever. It would be nice to get a group of guys. I've been reading all your old post and it sound like a group outings are fun for all. I'm so happyI don't have to smell the diesel  :smt013  from the party boats.
LETS DO THIS!

A few of us will be launching at HMB at the openning - and I'm sure you'll have no problem hooking up later on.

Congrats on your new yak (which one did you get?).

I don't plan trips until about tuesday before a weekend, otherwise the weather will throw you a curveball.   I'll be out if the conditions are right.
The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they call Gitche Gumee
Superior, they said, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early.

Good point Josh - but...I always have a back-up plan. Stripers / Halibut in the Bay or Trout / Bass fishing in Chabot  :metal
