I found these two apps for iphone looks like they are useful in planning trips on the water. Windy.com in my opinion, provides a wealth of information on sea conditions, wind direction, wind gusts, swell, air and water temperature, etc. There are two versions the free version and pro version. I went with the pro version for annual renewal for $20.00/yr. Check it out and let me know what you think of this app.

The other app TideGraph Pro I’ve be using for sometime now for surf casting. I think when it comes to kayaking on the ocean, this app should be useful planning my days fishing route and the best time to launch and recover from surf zones. Let me know what you guys think.
