With my family starting to get more interested in fishing as well, I thought it was time to pick up a new Hobie.  Only needed to be able to bring 2 more people with me but a kayak wasn't really going to cut it for my mom...
I think I found a good compromise and don't feel like i'm entirely cheating on my Revo 13 this way :P

Many people dont know Hobie made powerboats too! the Hobie Powerskiff was their smaller model, and the Hobie Fisherman was their 18/19 foot model.

Looking forward to lots of fun and adventures with my family and friends now that I can drag them fishing with me :)

Congrats!  I have been thinking about picking up a boat for the family for a while... just never pull the trigger.

This is my 2nd one but the 1st taught me what i wanted.  (Selling the other one currently, check it out in the for sale forums :P)  Needed something for the bay and nice days close to shore in the ocean.. This will certainly fit the bill.  Its also cute as hell and small enough to store at my house.  only 15.5' but handles fantastic

Hahahaha with enough lifting power anything is possible  :smt044  It would be nice if there was access to that small boat launch at Linda Mar

I'm all about it! Thinking about launching out of Santa Cruz Harbor for dabs and sole too.  I've never tried for sturgeon but have some vac bagged salmon roe still
