A man gets home from working the night shift one morning and his wife greets him at the door, wearing nothing but a skimpy nightie and a smile.

"Tie me up," she says: "And you can do whatever you want!"

So he does and shouts 'Welcome to the madness and heads towards HMB.'

I just wanted to drop a line and say 'hello' to the community.

Me: Born in Oakland, raised in the Eastbay. Married with a Son (5) and Daughter (3).

Kayak: Just picked up a used 2019 Outback

Fishing: As a kid fished a lot with my dad underneath the san mateo bridge during the late eighties / early nineties (kingfish / sharks ; etc). They've long since closed off that 'pier' to the public.
Teen/college/after:  rockfish / lings out of HMB with Capt John and/or Queen of Hearts
HMB Beach fishing / Paciifica Pier (crab snares).

Why Kayak fishing?: Like many of you, I have a deep fondness for fishing and just being around the ocean / nature.
I hope to further develop my skills as a fisherman through kayak fishing as well as getting close to nature. Lastly, I want to contribute to this community and meet new ppl who share the same passion.

Best,

Ed

Bp42 welcome and once you've been here a while you will seek "kayak therapy" at any opportunity.  :smt003
