2020 Handline MBF - POSTPONED

Where can i purchase one ? I am bringing a few back from the PI and to the event for purchase; you will need to bring some line if you are gonna use it that day...

Can i use one on a down rigger ?  That is a mechanical  device to take up line; but you can just use the spool part of the down rigger...

Sorry folks, just got reminded by my other half, that we will be in Palm Springs for a wedding that weekend; so I need to select another date. I have put a poll up to see what works best for you.

But for previous Handline participants, I also want you to post up which date(s) works best for you; I will give preference to those dates.

Update on the Handline Event:

Got some good new, some bad news and more bad news:

My nephew had to postpone his wedding, which now freed up the original date for the Handline MBF; however, because of the current Social Distancing order, 'technically' we can not have an official gather of people because of the Social Distancing order. So we would have to severely curtail the gathering or 'Chill' part of the event.

Hope to see you out there! Reports of Butts are beginning to show up in the bay!

Have been to this tournament a few times, sorry not going to make this one. There still requesting that people not congregate in large groups. There is a reason for this.

That's why I can yelled the Chill part of the event; to maintain social Distance;  hopefully we can still fish, if we just keep apart....

If not, I will evaluate rescheduling it to a later month...

   We can still Chill,,,     10 small groups.     I'll toss ya a beer from 6' away.   
  Besides,, we need this for peace of mind.
