7/11 - 7/15 halibut and wsb hunt

I am camped at new brighton site # 18 for a little while. Will be hunting halibut/rockfish in the am and doing evening fishing in hopes of wsb in the kelp beds of capitola. I am open to fishing anywhere from carmel north to davenport.
