They should be out of the water within 7 days of opener per regulations

Na, they do it the easy way and just accuse you. Up to you whether or not you want to show them evidence on the spot or in court.

Didn't mean to thread jack, but on the opener, there are Wardens from different districts who might not be as familiar with the regulations, etc so you have to protect yourself.

3 out of the past 5 years I've been accused of:
1. taking dungies inside Pt Bonita by a GG Park Ranger (then it was changed to being inside GG after that was proven wrong)
2. Dropping early when we came back too soon.
3. Guiding my HS buddies who are on the ocean once a year max

Be out there this year again and will have the gopro running
