I love my Wilderness Radar 135. It has great mojo. Super stable and I think it paddles more efficiently than my other two kayaks. I went up to Union Valley today to try my luck. After spending the morning looking for trout and Mack's I decided to target kokanee. I picked up one 30 feet down in 100 fow. I marked the spot and started trolling back and forth until I had my limit. Plus another 4 or 5 that got away. Beautiful weather and some great fishing.

Nice going Ken! How big are the kokes?
From the title though I was wondering if maybe someone was kinda infatuated with Gary Burghoff

Thanks everyone. I caught that huge mack the first time I fished Union Valley but I've been skunked there every time since. It feels good to do some catching.

Hahaha, I was hearing the Golden Earring song, hadn’t thought about O’Reilly. Cool to hear you’re loving that boat, Ken.

Definitely the song I was thinking of. lol

I'm happy that the kayak works well in both the salt and fresh water fishing. I thought it might be too big for trout fishing but I can reach the down rigger clip in the water with no problem. It's got an adjustable seat so I think I'll move it back a little to make more room to hold crab traps in my lap come November.
