Want salmon eggs ?

I just caught it with a good amount of salmon eggs.
Anyone could use them?

I would like to get some, but someone know how to brine it for sturgeon??

I dont brine or cure for Sturgeon. Just use as is and tie it on. Works fine.

Good to know. I tried that last year with cheese cloth, after soaking it for 30 min there was a layer of white film covered on the roe ball. Is that normal?

that's whats left over after the eggs milk.  they don't last very long...30 minutes or so its time to change it.

If you got any left Chet, I will put them to good use!
