Hey I put together a quick video of how I make fish tacos from a lingcod I caught yesterday in Pacifica

Looks pretty tasty.  I'm always looking for new fish taco ideas, and I'll try some of yours.    I'm glad you included the last scene, because I seriously thought you'd never get all that in your mouth without the taco exploding - I guess you've been in training - it ought to be an Olympic event!

Makes me hungry. If im in a rush I just bake them in sesame oil 10 min then put in tacos.
