Hi, which glue do you use to mount battery inside hull?

P.S. Battery will be in a sealed box, and I will be using HD foam as a base.

FWIW, on my AI and TI I used to use Hobie's 8" bucket in the rear hatch, which worked fine for many years in '11 AI, but is quickly falling apart using '15 TI's bucket, after less than a year of usage. (Don't know if it's different bucket plastic, or b/c I'm using/transporting it differently.)

Thanks. Do you know if it works well under water? My TI, as many other Hobies, take water, especially when I sail in foul weather. B/c of this, and often bumpy rides, I'm thinking of permanently mounted base (foam), and (semi-permanently) strapping battery box to it.

Just clean it well and apply some sort of adhesion promoter before sticking the Velcro.  My battery is in a waterproof box with waterproof connectors with external wiring . I like to remove the whole unit when I need to charge it. But if u really want to glue it.3m makes plenty of those glues for plastics. TAP plastics has em.
