Thanks for the info.  I'm looking at the Daiwa Lexa 300 and Avet SX to match with my Shimano Trevala ML.  But at this price point sounds like a good deal to go with Daiwa. 

American legacy fishing had the lexa HD 300 for $139 during the 4th of July. $169 for the 400. I got the 300XS 8.1:1 for salmon on the river this season. I should’ve bought 2 at the $139 price!  They sold out in one day on the 300XS.
