New Member Intro

Hi I've been a shore angler for years in the Sacramento Area before moving up Arcata where I currently live.

I've been fishing surf perch and rockfish from shore for a while and am dying to hit the waters for some halibut in the bay or rockfish off trinidad. I'd love to get out on the water and want to make a smart and informed purchase which led me to these forums!
