Have you try to contact Ben?

I also need someone to do tile and wood floors, building a 100’ fence with an automatic gate (no electrical needed). I’d be willing to “trade” my HVAC / Electrical work for this too. Antioch!

I'll ask my paint sub on Tuesday if he's willing go up to Vallejo.
