Hi everyone,
I'll start with saying that watching YouTube videos of kayak anglers is definitely how I caught the bug. I literally never even thought fishing from a kayak was possible. I've bank-fished since I was kid, but haven't done much in the past couple of years (22 y/o now). I've recently just got into the different intricacies of fishing. Finding, and trying different rigs, crankbaits, swimbaits, spinners, etc.
I was taught how to fish using a high-low rig with chovies / worms and never really tried anything else. This year I'd like to catch my first largemouth bass, and a keeper-sized striper.

After doing some research, I decided on a Native Titan 10.5 as my first kayak, with the Boonedox landing gear. Recently hooked up a quick-release anchor system.

So far I've been to Lake Minden, and Berryessa (Cappell Cove). I'd like to try out the delta soon, possibly lower Mokelumne River (where it joins San Joaquin). I'd like to go on one of the NCKA newbie trips since none of my friends want to pull the trigger on a fishing kayak (yet...)

But anyways, whats up yall!
