New to the forum

My names Dennis and I知 new here. I知 out of willows and just trying out kayak fishing on a budget to see how much fun I値l have before becoming heavily invested. Starting out with a tamarack angler. Hope to learn a few things and I知 always open to meet new people.

Welcome, Dennis. I used to drive through Willows on my way to fish for shad on the Sacramento River until the property owner blocked access...Road 45, I think.

Stayed quite often at Willows, while working on Ord Ferry Bridge Seismic Retrofit project, over Sacramento River.
I tried many different types of fishing and I enjoy kayak fishing most.

Hojoman. I believe your right about road 45. We used to go drink and fish there years ago and it was a perfect place. Prime example of how people screw up our good fishing grounds. I致e got to get my anchor trolley and a few little things setup on my kayak then I知 ready to hit some lakes.
