Yes they took the damn cast off. the tib/ fib fractures are healed and as soon as I can regain full range of motion I am cleared to do anything I want.  6 weeks as a couch potato sucked balls.

Did a stiff ankled 10 minute walk tonight to get the program rolling

today at work, horse show EMT in Wilton and yes after 5 miles of walking the left leg is a bit swollen in the photo

I would take it easy on the left foot for a couple weeks.

I would take it easy if could.  But I also have bills to pay at the same time.
