Another NCKA member and I took the CCK Rescue class last Saturday in Oakland. Sou was the instructor. He has been teaching for 15 years and it is evident. It was everything I hoped for and I feel well worth the time and money.  He provided options in technique and equipment for different abilities and physical conditions.

I surfed sketchy sections of our coast for years and feel very (respectfully) comfortable in the ocean, but I still came away with a  much stronger sense of kayak specific confidence.

Be safe!
