I’ll send down two functioning Penns that I started kayak fishing with: A 500 and 60.  Thank you for doing this good deed for our heroes.

Hi Kevin
I'm so sorry, I totally lost track of this.  I now have 2 reels boxzed and ready to ship to you.  The 209 and a 506 Jigmaster.  Both reels are ready to fish.  I'll get them in the mail tomorrow (drop off at USPS), and then post the tracking for you.  Hopefully you can wait until you receive these reels to make your shipment.
Thanks for doing this, and Happy Holidays.
Jeff

Hey Kevin
I tried to drop off the reels today at the post office, but the kiosk couldn't find your address as you have it listed.  Can you confirm your address?
Thanks
Jeff

Hey Squidder -- Do you still have the contact info for the person looking for Penn reels and parts? I just did a garage clean up and found a couple Penn reels I could donate. One's in working shape and the other needs work (I think I screwed up the drag stack when I serviced it last), plus some random parts.

From the thread it looks like a couple others found reels to donate as well since you made your shipment. I can coordinate this one if you can send me the contact info.

Rnrgeek and stoked4fishin if you still have those reels let me know.

Cheers,
Brad

I'll see what I've got , loved mine but kids lost parts. Think I might have a couple/not quite whole.

Uh-huh.  Sure.

I have a couple 500S with bent frames but lotsa good parts.  NCKA came through for me with a imilar request a few years ago.  time to clear out the leftovers, knowing they'll be used and useful is what it's all about!!!
