Rescue Pond Turtle

Back in May 2018 i came along this turtle while fishing for Surfperch...
at Zmudowsie Beach. Look how big he's gotten in 10 months on a diet of Anchovies, perch, night crawlers, lettuce and his two goldfish pond mates. Lol.

Sounds like a Disney movie.  Except you left out the part where its mother and father were torn in 1/2 by a shark.   And how this turtle gonna seek revenge and give that same shark salmonella poisoning. 

Sorry, I'm excited its spring and halibut and salmon season are near. 

Nice job fattening him up for some turtle soup!
