Joel,

How long have you known me? Do I seem like the sensitive type? Or is it more likely that I'm just messin' with you right back?

But if you really do feel bad, no need for  :smt008  just tell Dave that I had first dibs on your T160, going back months now :)

Sounds good ! As the challenged, I'd normally get to name the type of contest and it's location. As the challenger, you get to name distance. Our seconds would name the time. Since we have no seconds, what do you say to you getting to name the type of contest (paddle off) and distance. I get to name time and place?

Regards,
Scott

Distance is minimally 3 miles.  Happy to do more.

And, to clarify the 'contest', this is a paddle off in sit-on-tops in the salt.  Can't bring your sit-inside, no sail allowed...

Dave,

I agreed that paddle off sounded good. Run whatcha brung, but purely paddle powered. No pedals, no sails. Why don't you lay out all other conceivable conditions as well, then I'll let you know if I accept again :)
