2019 Lingcod limit regulation

This will impact a lot of things. I see sales of jigs aimed at Lingcods will decrease drastically. You probabaly see more lures targeting rockfish. Even though many do both the big swimbaits will probably be used a whole lot less. It seems so odd that they just raised it a couple of years ago then dropped it 2 times. Obviously they have no clue what they are doing.
