Thoughts on self rescue: It takes a lot to flip this kayak over sitting in the high position. In the low position it’s even harder! The stability is very high. Mostly primary stability, but the secondary stability is decent as well. Once in the water with the kayak turtled I was easily able to reach over the top and get it upright. Getting back into the kayak was easy as well.

It stands well. I’ll have to get more comfortable standing in it, but I had no problems standing up and sitting down. Paddling while standing was not as hard as I thought it may be.

You don't launch that boat onto your rack like a boss do you?  I think it's called a clean jerk loading technique if I were to compare it to weightlifting catagory.

Yeah I clean-jerk it overhead and put it on the racks like I did with my revo. Luckily since it’s a pedal kayak my arms aren’t beat at the end of the day!!

I have some stuff coming for an anchor system and hope to anchor up with it and try for sturgeon soon. I know you’re out till next year since you got your years worth but come January you need to teach me how to actually catch a sturgeon!
