Did not bother with pics. dead seal  at Casper today. Talked to local she said there was another one earlier in the week. Be careful

Marine mammal researchers collect the heads, not sure about flippers. I'll ask my friend, she is the one who cuts the heads off all these dead seals and sea lions...
